  Would not recommend Sea World whale watching what so ever! Purchased 6x vouchers for a total of $420 and visited October 2015. At the time there were no whales seen so we were offered a repeat visit at a later date, as this was the end of the season they advised we could return on our next visit to the Gold Coast (as we were from NZ). Over the next 18months we sent 2 emails to Sea World Whale Watching advising when we would be returning, both were unanswered. Visited the GC again this month and called to rebook for the tour, Grace advised they would call me back that day to confirm the booking after I provided all my details. No callback, so decided to stop in the next day, I was advised yet again they would call back to confirm a booking date. Later that day we received a call to advise that they would not be honouring the return visit or providing any refund for the vouchers we bought! I find this to be totally DISGUSTING and a huge dissapoinment to my 2 daughters who were looking forward to the tour! All I can say is the whole experience was a disappointment and basically out of pocket $420!!! So much for the 100% whale sighting guarantee. Customers service FAIL!
